"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
To be fair, I wasn’t expecting it to show up so soon, but it actually arrived faster than estimated. No complaints on the shipping side from me.

"Really dragged on"
The whole turnaround just felt way too slow. I don’t know, it was one of those things where it kept feeling like it should’ve been done already, and it left me frustrated.

"Way more photo gift options than I expected"
I didn’t realize they had so many different things to choose from. I went in just planning to order some regular prints, and then I started looking around and found books, cards, wall art, and a bunch of little gift ideas too. I ended up adding a few extra things to my order, because it was all right there, and easy to do. Definitely nice having everything in one place

I ordered some prints and had a question about the shipping update, so I reached out to customer service by email.
They did reply, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting. The answer helped, though it was basic, and I had to send one more follow-up just to make sure I understood everything correctly.
Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just not especially fast. I’d probably order from them again, but I guess I wouldn’t expect super quick support if I had another question, if that makes sense...

"Reprint was simple, refund took a little while"
A few of my prints came out darker than I expected, so I reached out to support. I’ll admit I was already kind of tired of dealing with customer service stuff at that point, but they made it painless and set up a reprint without a bunch of back-and-forth.
One of the canvases still didn’t look quite right, so they ended up refunding that part instead. The refund took a few days to actually show up, but it did get handled. Giving 4 stars since the first order wasn’t perfect, but the fix was easy enough.

"Had a Small issue but They fixed it"
My order showed up with a printing problem, which was kinda frustrating at first. I reached out to support and they actually got back to me quickly, then sent out a replacement. It took a little longer than I hoped, but in the End everything turned out fine.

"Packaging felt kind of off"
The prints got here safe, so that was good, but the box was bent up and just looked messy. I don’t know, it didn’t feel great opening it, even though the actual prints were fine.

"Uploading my photos to Nations Photo Lab..."
Uploading my photos to Nations Photo Lab was mostly fine at first, but it took me longer than it should’ve to figure out where everything was. A few images loaded slowly, and I kept having to double-check the cropping before adding them to my cart, which got annoying fast.
The order did go through in the end, but the whole process just wasn’t very smooth. I felt kind of stupid for trusting that it would be straightforward, because the steps weren’t as clear as I expected. Not the worst experience, but definitely just average for me.

"Decent prints, but the paper felt a bit cheap"
I ordered a few prints and, to be fair, the colors came out decent. But the paper itself felt thinner than I was expecting for the price. The matte finish didn’t feel very premium, and one of the corners bent way too easily. It’s not terrible overall, but I thought the materials would feel a little sturdier.

"Pretty nice print quality overall"
The prints turned out really nice overall. The colors were more or less what I expected, and the paper feels good too. A couple of the darker photos came out maybe a little darker than I would’ve liked, but it wasn’t a big issue. I’m happy with how they came out and would probably order again.

The colors looked accurate to me overall, so I’m happy with that part. I just wish the communication had been clearer because some of the details were kind of vague and a bit annoying to figure out

I placed a fairly mixed order with Nations Photo Lab, with different photos, sizes, quantities, and finishes, so I was a little concerned something might get switched around. But everything arrived exactly as requested, and I appreciated that the details of the order were handled correctly.
Nothing was missing, nothing was mixed up, and the prints were packaged nicely too. Overall, it was a straightforward experience in the best way — they got my order right, and that’s really all I needed.

Please, i need examples of lustre vs glossy. i have my brother's artwork i usually get printed locally and need matte. once i had to get glossy and it was such a bother, because then had to get special glass so not too shiny. do you have samples i can see? i feel lustre should be as bright as glossy, isn't that true? approximately same colors? thank you!
